Dental Patient Information – Reno, NV
Welcome to Village Dental!
Our role as dental professionals is to not only provide you with exceptional dental services but make sure that you know everything that you need to get started as a new patient with us! Whether you’re an individual or visiting with a whole family, we look forward to meeting you and answering any and all of your questions. Below, you can learn what to expect from your first visit, new patient forms to complete, and other important financing information.
Your First Visit
We’re happy to be contacted via call, text, email, or through our online appointment request tool. When you get in touch, our front desk will confirm your appointment date and our insurance coordinator can verify eligibility and benefits. Whether you’re coming to our dental office for the first time for an exam, X-ray, or cleaning, we’ll ask you to complete any paperwork and call you in when the dentist is ready to see you. After your appointment, we’ll make sure that you meet with the front desk to check out and have your next visit scheduled.
New Patient Forms
When you become a new patient at our dental office, it’s important that we know as much about your current oral and overall health as possible in order to better deliver you tailored and personalized care. These forms may include questions regarding current medications you are taking, any existing medical conditions you think we should know about, and other accommodations you’d like us to make. You can fill out a new patient form when you arrive or print and complete it before your visit!

Dental Insurance Welcome
Dental insurance can make many forms of dental care, especially preventive care, far more affordable. Village Dental is happy to be in-network with most PPO dental insurance plans. If you have benefits to utilize, we strongly encourage you to do so, however, we do not let insurance restrictions determine your diagnosis. Our team members are trained to understand a wide variety of plans, so feel free to ask questions about your plan if you are unsure about your coverage.
In-House Savings Plan
If you don’t have dental insurance or would prefer to pay for care outside of traditional insurance options, our in-house dental savings plan is a great alternative worth considering. While this is not considered dental insurance, our in-house option does offer access to a series of preventive services (i.e. exams, cleanings, X-rays, etc.) as well as discounts on other forms of care for one flat-rate. If you don’t want to deal with deductibles, annual maximums, and other aspects of dental insurance, call us today to sign up!
Financing Available
Even with dental insurance, paying for dental care can be difficult, especially when you’ve already established a monthly budget for your family, or you need to complete a complex restorative treatment. With CareCredit, making manageable monthly payments on your care is easier than ever! When you qualify, you choose a monthly plan that’s within your means and (in many cases) comes with zero interest attached! By calling our dental office, you can learn more about the process of signing up with CareCredit.
